Selection Procedure: For Post Codes 01, 02 and 03 Selection will be through Written Test and Interview and for the post code 04 (Clerk) the selection will be through Written Test and/or Interview. The Written Test for the post codes 01, 02 & 03will be held at Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai & Kolkata centres only.
Important Dates:
- Written test for post codes 01, 02 & 03 is on April 04, 2010
- Written test for post of clerks is on April 04,2010
- Application registration will be open from January 25, 2010 to February 18,2010
- Last day for registration is February 18, 2010
How to apply: Application process is completely online. An application fee must be paid in cash, separately for each post at any branch of Punjab National Bank. Before depositing the fee, the candidate must download a copy of the Cash voucher from the website. Candidates should keep a printout of the completed application. The original Cash Voucher and Call Letter is to be surrendered at the Examination Hall.(Call letters will be sent by post at the correspondence addresses provided by the candidates)
Application Fee and Postage Charges: for post codes 1,2 & 3 is Rs. 400/- per candidate (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PC categories) and Rs.300/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PC categories) for post code 4.
