IMT PGDM admission requires a minimum of three years of bachelor’s degree with a 50% minimum aggregate. Candidates who are still appearing for their final-year degree examinations can also apply depending on the submission of their final mark sheets and passing certificates to the institute at a later date. If you fail to present these documents, your admission will be cancelled. Entrance exams accepted by IMT for the PGDM programme are CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT.
As part of the application process, the candidate first needs to register themselves on the portal and receive their login credentials to complete the online application in which they have to fill in their personal, academic, work experience and test details on the online application form.
The selection process is based on the best test score, academic scores, the individual's work experience and their performance in the admission process.

The Executive PGDM application process also starts by registering yourself on the official portal, generating your login credentials, filling the application form and paying the application fee online. In the selection process, candidates who are selected will get their call letters via email. Document verification will happen on the day of the interview itself. Documents that’ll be verified are 10th, 12th, graduation certificates, etc. The candidates also have to submit their entrance test scores/percentile of either CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT. The next step of the selection process is the submission of the Statement of Purpose (SOP) ending with a personal interview.
Admission into FPM requires a master’s degree in any area or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate scores or the eligibility requirement states a graduate degree with a professional qualification like CA/CMA/CS. Entrance exams accepted by IMT Hyderabad for the FPM course are CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, UGC-NET. The candidate is also required to submit a research proposal of 5000 words in their field of interest. Shortlisted candidates will be further called for the selection process.

IMT Hyderabad admission to P.G.D.M , P.G.D.M Finance and P.G.D.M Marketing courses is done based on CAT /XAT/MAT/ CMAT scores. The final selection of candidates is done based on entrance score and performance in personal interview & group discussion.
Considering the practical scenario it is a suggestion just because there are 49 other aspirants in the waiting list, do not solely rely on one option rather keep few college options as backup. 1) Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad is an autonomous higher education institute located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Placements: Placements in college are good. IMT itself is a brand ,in pandemic placements are pretty well. Lots of companies visit the campus. The placement office is trying very hard to bring newer companies . The overall placement was good with more scope of improvement.
Academic: IMT Hyderabad offers 2-year full-time residential postgraduate diplomas in management PGDM and 15-month weekend only executive PGDM. It also offers doctoral level fellowship programmes.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly educated and teach very effectively. The course curriculum is very good . The curriculum very is effective and provides knowledge for the future course of action.
Infrastructure: college provides all the facilities like projector, IT labs, Wi-Fi, library etc. They have Sports facilities like table tennis, basketball court, football ground, etc . Classrooms are well-organized. Quality of food is quite good. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls students.
