Questions related to LBSIM Delhi

Have a question related to LBSIM Delhi ?

Hello,

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of management (LBSIM), Delhi is a top-rated institute for control and facts era schooling within the country. Established by the Lal Bahadur Shastri Educational Society in 1995. The Institute is continuously striving to provide fine management schooling via adopting modern-day teaching methodologies and complicated business strategies.

LBSIM uses the cat score for short-listing/selecting the candidate for Post graduate program(s) in management /MBA. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program. And they do take interviews, while interviewing you must be be confident enough and must give direct and correct answers to their questions.

Also check their main page for more information.

Hope this helps!

Dear student,

Yes, you can reschedule your interview, for doing so you need to inform the admission office and tell them about the reason due to which you won't be able to give the interview on the specified time and date. Also mail them to postpone or prepone interview as per your convenience. If possible you can attach a proof to make them understand your reason . Also you may call the admission office and ask them to do so.

Dear student,

This is to inform you that that there is no sectional cut off in LBSIM , there is just overall cutoff.

Hence you need to keep a check on overall cutoff and not on the the sectional cut off because such a cutoff which is sectional does not exist in LBSIM.

Hey candidate,

Hope you doing great.

As per your mentioned query, i would suggest some points for gd and pi for LBSIM so kindly consider it :

Group Discussion (GD)

  • In GD, try to initiate the discussion or end the discussion with a powerful point .
  • Do not try to dominate your group members as it reflects your dominating nature towards others. So try to remain calm
  • Listen everyone carefully and make the points of it.
  • Read newspapers daily as it is very important to know what is going on in our country or world so that you can speak on any topic easily.
  • Do not try to prove other people wrong remember the one thing that it's a gd not a debate.
  • Keep a logical approach throughout the gd. It becomes easy to build on others arguments and conclude.

Personal Interview

  • It is okay to say 'i don't know' instead of giving wrong answer of the question that you don't know.
  • Here's the classic opening question in a PI i.e 'Tell me about yourself' , try to answer in a very productive way and try to avoid to tell your weakness.
  • Be confident while giving your answers as they try to break your patience level but you have to be very calm and confident to your answer.
  • Dress in a formal way and ask before sit.
  • Try to avoid showing so many gestures as they seems like you have a attitude problem or arrogant nature.

Hope it helps.

Revert if any query.

All the best :-)
