Xavier school of management, XLRI an acronym for Xavier Labour Relations Institute established its first campus in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand in 1949, and later on expanded in the Delhi-NCR region in 2017 by founding another campus at Jhajjar, Haryana. Both the campuses of XLRI strive for attaining the greater good in society by delivering a promising future and imparting global competency in students via all-inclusive education. XLRI believes in fostering the whole personalities of their students, which takes place with the help of their structured programs offered to students as the postgraduate courses to pursue at the institution. These programs have a similar set of eligibility criteria for students to take admission into the institution. This includes entrance exams accepted by XLRI which are more or less the same for diverse programs available for students.
The entrance exams accepted by XLRI encompass different national and international common aptitude examinations for different programs available at the institution. By appearing for the entrance exams accepted by XLRI students fulfill the fundamental eligibility criteria which are the same for each student willing to pursue education at XLRI. The list mentioned above has different entrance exams accepted by XLRI for different programs and levels. Among all the entrance exams, XAT is a common aptitude test designed by XLRI Jamshedpur itself and is conducted each year to evaluate students’ eligibility for postgraduate courses and fellowship programs available at both the institutions of XLRI, i.e., Jamshedpur campus, and Delhi-NCR campus.
XAT or Xavier Aptitude Test assesses students’ competency in verbal and logical reasoning, quantitative ability, data interpretation, decision making, and general knowledge. The scores attained by students in XAT depict the students’ capability of pursuing a rigorous curriculum of XAT and fulfilling the requirements of the programs available at both the campuses of XLRI.

The admission process at XLRI is direct and convenient for any applicant willing to take admission in one of the various courses available at the two campuses of the institution. The admission process initiates by students appearing for XAT or any other entrance exams accepted by XLRI. after attaining the scores from eligible entrance exams, students are required to fill out the application forms for the respective program that they wish to pursue.

The admission process of XLRI begins with students filling out the application forms, whose steps are as follows.
Step 1: Visit the official website of XLRI and access the application forms for respective courses through the academic programmes option on the homepage, or students can directly access the application portal to fill out the application forms.
Step 2: Clicking on the application portal will direct students to a new webpage where students can either directly fill out the application forms for different courses, or first fill the XAT application form.
Step 3: In the application form, students are required to submit all the asked information, and upload documents for verification.
Step 4: After submitting the information and documents, students are required to pay for the application form that marks the completion of the application process.

You can apply for XIMB and XLRI for MBA. However, both of these colleges do not accept MAT scores. XIMB accepts CAT, XAT, NMAT and X-GMT scores. XLRI accepts only XAT scores. So you have to give these exams and clear their cutoffs to get into these two B-Schools.
