Management Development Institute Admission

The Management Development Institute (MDI) in Gurgaon offers a variety of postgraduate management programmes. There are two stages to the MDI Gurgaon admissions process. Students are chosen based on their performance in group discussions and personal interviews after being shortlisted based on their CAT score. Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM, PGDM-HRM, and PGDM-IB admission based on their performance in the CAT entrance exam. A valid GMAT score is necessary for admission for foreign/NRI/PIO candidates. Shortlisted candidates are then invited to participate in a group discussion and a personal interview round. Admission to MDI Gurgaon's National Management Programme (NMP) is based on CAT/GMAT results and a personal interview. The MDI test, administered by MDI Gurgaon, or the GMAT/CAT are used to determine admission to the PGDM-EMP programme. Candidates who have a valid CAT or GMAT score do not need to take the MDI test. Following that, candidates must appear for a personal interview with the institute.
