TAPMI Admission

Applications for postgraduate and doctoral programmes are accepted at the T A Pai Management Institute. Meeting the qualifying standards is the first stage in the T A Pai Management Institute admissions process. Candidates can proceed to the next stage of the admissions process after completing the college application form. For the M.B.A. programme at TAPMI Manipal, there are two entrance options: one for candidates with less than 20 months of job experience and another for those with more than 20 months of work experience.

The TAPMI Manipal MBA admissions procedure is the same for both types of candidates, with the difference that in the first case, candidates must acquire minimum cut-off marks in CAT/XAT/GMAT, X, XII, and graduation, whilst there are no cut-off marks in the second situation. Candidates are picked for shortlisting based on their performance on the admission exam and all previous exams, work experience, extracurricular activities, and statement of purpose. After shortlisting candidates from both categories, the institute conducts an English proficiency test, a group discussion, and personal interviews. To be admitted to T A Pai Management Institute's Phd Management programme, candidates must pass an admission exam and an interview. The entrance test is waived for those who have passed the UGC/CSIR(JRF)/UGC/CSIR NET/SLET/GATE.
