WBJEE Board conducts West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) to screen eligible candidates for admission to various B.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes. Candidates who wish to apply for WBJEE will have to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities and then proceed towards filling the application form. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination become eligible for admission to 90 participating institutes through the counselling procedure.

Presidency University Admission through PUBDET and PUMDET
The WBJEEB conducts offline entrance tests for UG and PG courses called PUBDET and PUMDET, respectively. The entrance tests are conducted screen the candidates for admissions to the courses offered in the Presidency University. Therefore to apply for admission to Presidency University, candidates are required to register for PUBDET and PUMDET in online mode only. WBJEE Board conducts JELET in pen-paper based mode for admission to 2nd year Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy (except Architecture) courses in participating universities, government colleges as well as self financing engineering and technological institutes in the state of West Bengal. The application for JELET is released in online mode for the eligible candidates. JELET is held for 2-hour in which candidates have to answer multiple choice types questions. A total of 100 questions are asked.

WBJEE Board conducts WB JEECA (Common Joint Entrance Examination) for admission to Master of Computer Application courses offered by various institutions of West Bengal. The entrance exam commonly known as WB JECA is conducted offline, i.e. pen and paper mode. WB JECA consists of two papers- Mathematics and Aptitude. The question paper has 100 questions for mathematics and 50 for aptitude.

WBJEE Board conducts WB JEHOM for admission to the undergraduate course of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) in the state Institutes. Through WB JEHOM, candidates are offered about 225 seats in the various institutions combined. Just whatever you have done Re-revise it and give mock tests if assume mock tests are of 300 marks as JEE mains then give mock tests no matter how much syllabus you have completed. If you have not yet studied anything then first check the weightage of JEE Chapters and then watch manzil series for those chapters on JEE WALLAH channel. Then give mock tests and then lets assume in the first test you scored just 80/300, now you want atleast 200+ to be on a safer side and to book you seat in tier 2 colleges like NIT, DTU, NSUT then just give mock tests again and again at least give 100+ mock tests because mock tests are the best thing to do if you want to revise aim for increasing your marks in every mock test as we discussed earlier assume you scored 80/300 then try scorin 82 or 83 in the next mock test this will also increase your score and boost your confidence.
Well at this moment IIT is a bit difficult but yes for sure you can still crack it you surely get into top tier 2 govt. colleges!!!

Yes, candidates who have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible for WBJEE as long as they meet the following additional criteria:
1. Core Subjects: Must have passed in the required core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for engineering aspirants).
2. Minimum Marks: Fulfill the minimum percentage criteria set by WBJEE for their respective category (General, SC/ST, etc.).
3. Recognized Board: NIOS is a recognized board under the Ministry of Education, so WBJEE accepts candidates from NIOS.
4. Regular Mode: Although WBJEE generally prefers candidates from regular modes, NIOS graduates are also allowed to appear.
Clarification: Passing through distance learning (NIOS) does not automatically disqualify you, provided you meet other eligibility conditions, including age limit, domicile requirements, and subject criteria.
