So, for a student of Commerce background, it may not be possible to enter into designing industry as soon as you complete your schoolings. I want to inform you that automobile Design is a highly technical field and require 10 + 2 education in Science stream because it demands a high understanding of physics and also chemistry and mathematics play a key role.
so the official answer to your question is no you can't pursue automobile Design with Commerce as you 10+2 , but you can go for multiple graphic design courses using CAD softwares which might Open a gate for you to get into the automobile Designing industry.
