The applications for Agniveers for MR (Matric Recruit) are open twice every year, typically in the months of June or July and November or December. Aspirants can check for the official announcement in the All India Bulletin and on the official Indian Navy recruitment website.
Under the Agnipath Scheme, the Indian Navy offers mainly three employment categories for 10th pass candidates as Agniveer (MR) :

Applications for Indian Navy recruitment will be chosen based on three stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT)- Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET)
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Medical Examination
The CBT, typically part of the INET for Agniveers, is a computer-based examination. This paper includes objective-type questions from sections like Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness. The exam questions standard will be that of a class 10th exam.
The PFT consists of 3 parts:
1.6 km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds (for males) / 8 minutes (for females)
20 squat-ups
10 push-ups /10 Bent Knee Sit-ups (for females)
Clearing the medical examination is the next significant step in the recruitment process. This follows the medical standards outlined in the latest regulations that apply to Agniveers upon entry.
Height Requirement: The minimum height required is 157 cm
Chest and weight should be in proportion to height
Vision and hearing should comply with the Navy order(special) 01/2008
The candidate should be in good mental and physical health with no disabilities.
Agniveer Salary Structure (Monthly Package)
Agniveers receive a monthly package which increases on an annual basis in their four-year tenure:

Note: From the above-mentioned package, 30% of the monthly salary is compulsorily contributed to the Agniveer Corpus Fund. The Government of India also makes an equally matching contribution.
After completing the 4 years, Agniveers are entitled to receive a one-time Seva Nidhi package worth approximately Rs 10.04 Lakhs. This package includes,
Personal contribution + accrued interest
Matching contribution by the Government of India
The entire amount of the Seva Nidhi package is tax-free.

The CBT is a 100-mark test that has 4 sections with 25 questions each. These 4 categories consist of current affairs, general knowledge, general science, and math.
The PFT consists of 3 parts: 1.6 km in 7 minutes, 20 squat-ups, and 10 push-ups.
A stipend of Rs. 14,600 will be allowed throughout the initial training term. After completing their initial training successfully, they will be assigned to Level 3 of the Defense Pay Matrix, which ranges from 21,700 to 69,100.
Candidates for the positions of steward, chef, and sanitary hygienist should be between the ages of 17 and 20 on the day of enrollment.
