And then only you can take admission in any diploma engineering course of your choice on the basis of your score and merit.
Since your domicile state is west bengal, you have to give JEXPO (joint entrance examination for polytechnic) conducted by West Bengal State Counselling of Education (WEBCTE) every year to enroll in diploma engineering courses.

My qualifications is ITI electrician I am qualified for jee main exam

If you are interested to pursue B.tech programme after completing ITI course,firstly you have to know the eligibility criteria of jee mains exam.As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Main exam,you have to complete your 10+2 or equivalent from recognized board to appear for JEE Mains.
If you done your ITI without 10+2 ,it doesn't comes under eligible criteria.
