Coursera sends email invitations to become Mentors to learners who have passed the course with a good grade and have actively helped other learners in the forums. They are given a short training course before they can be enrolled and Mentors.
No, payment once made for a course cannot be transferred to another course. Coursera does not permit the transfer of payments across different courses.
If the participants have paid for an individual course or a Coursera Plus subscription, they can request for a refund within 2 weeks of payment. However, if they have already earned a Course Certificate or if 2 weeks have already passed, a refund will not be given.
