The ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course focuses on planning, implementation, and optimisation of the significant OSA processes. The course primarily teaches candidates how to apply the core practices to support the service management lifecycle. Moreover, the ITIL Intermediate OSA Certification is one of the core modules in the ITIL Intermediate Capability Stream required to receive an IT Expert certificate in IT Service Management.
In addition, ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course equips candidates with prominent tools to execute and implement specific ITIL processes effectively in real-time and prepare the candidates for the ITIL OSA certification exam.
This is an online learning program consisting of 10.5 hours of content designed by industry experts. The total fee of the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course program will consist of the course fee and GST. Candidates need to appear for the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course exam to receive the OSA certificate. The exam is 90 minutes long in which candidates must answer 40 MCQ-based and scenario-based questions. They need to score minimum 70% marks to pass the certification exam.
