The Exploring English: Language and Culture online certification has been developed to help candidates learn about British culture. This course also observes English in use to improve the knowledge and skills of the English language. It is a four-week course which requires only two hours of weekly study and is taught entirely through an online portal.
The Exploring English: Language and Culture programme uses short videos to teach the candidates about several popular culture-related subjects such as the lifestyle in the UK, the countryside, music, literature, as well as English as a global language. These videos are taped in Great Britain and aim at enhancing the candidates' listening skills by using authentic examples of speech and examine the same for practice.
Future learn uses the British Council’s expertise as a resource to help structure the Exploring English: Language and Culture online training. The course has been divided into four broad topics to provide in-depth information about this area of study. Candidates may join the course immediately for free and begin learning at their own pace and comfort.

Admission details
Step 1. Enrol in Exploring English: Language and Culture online course webpage.
Step 2. Now, use the ‘Sign-in’ tab to open your account or click on the ‘Register’ tab to create a new one.
Step 3. Fill in the data fields for name, age, password, and email ID to complete registration.
Step 4. After that, navigate FutureLearn's website for the course by entering the programme name in the search bar.
Step 5. Now, select the course and click the ‘Join today’ button to start learning.
