Eligibility Criteria

This course is an ideal fit for BBA, BCom graduates with specialisation in finance. This is a management science-related course, so knowing how financial risk management works will be beneficial for the learners apart from knowledge of mathematics and statistics-related advanced concepts. 

Certificate Qualifying Details

The criteria required for being eligible to appear in the examination at designated centres focus on giving 25% average weightage to the weekly assignments that the student will have to submit and the rest 75% is counted in the examination scores. The usual criteria are applicable here as well, with around 40% marks required in both the assignments as well as the examination. In case the individual scores less than the aforementioned marks, they might not be eligible for getting certified. 

The breakdown is somewhat like this - 

  • If the final score is lesser than 40%, then NO certificate.
  • When candidates score between 40% to 49.99% they are awarded Grade D.
  • In case the score is between 50% and 59.99%, students obtain Grade C.
  • If the score is between 60% and 84.99%, grade B will be awarded 
  • Above 85% score, then the candidate gets awarded with Grade A

Evaluation process

In order to be certified, you shall have to appear for the examination at your designated centre, and the exam will be conducted on a computer system with questions being displayed in multiple formats such as ‘fill in the blanks’, ‘multiple-choice questions’ among others. 

For sitting in an offline exam, you would be required to give at least 3 options as alternatives apart from your choice of exam centre.
