The PRINCE2 Training course is training on PRINCE2 which is a structured method of project management and a certification programme for practitioners. Created and delivered by Mindmajix, the programme equips the students with the knowledge and skills required to be competent production managers. The curriculum will cover the themes and principles of PRINCE2, methodologies of project management, situation and environment-based tailoring of projects, managing the product delivery process, and many more.
