In order to apply for the examination the participants must have a pharmacy degree (B.Pharm, PharmD or M.Pharm). The participants must be registered as pharmacists in his own country. 3 or more than 3 years of working experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy without any gap.The Oman Prometric Exam for Pharmacists consists of 150 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 3 hours. A minimum score of 60% is required to pass.
After successful completion of the examination, the participants will be provided a certificate. This certificate allows pharmacists to practice in Oman, offering opportunities for career advancement, a tax free salary ranging from 600 to 1,000 OMR and access to a growing healthcare sector.
