Abdul Razzaq Degree College was established in the year 2008 and is an affiliated college set up in Joya, Uttar Pradesh, with a campus sprawling over 2.5 acres of land. The undergraduate and postgraduate courses available are quite numerous. Being approved by the Bar Council of India and NCTE, the college has rapidly emerged as one of the finest and most promising educational institutions in this entire region. Its current student enrolment is 4,348, with a faculty strength of 68. At present, the college offers 7 courses in 6 different degree programmes in Education, Law, Arts, Commerce, and other fields.

Abdul Razzaq Degree College offers a total of 7 courses, all full-time programmes comprising BA, B.Com, LLB, and B.Ed at the undergraduate level, and MA in Urdu and MA in English at the postgraduate level. There is also the four-year B.El.Ed speciality programme in Bachelor of Elementary Education available at the college. 

Admission to Abdul Razzaq Degree College follows different procedures for different courses. At the undergraduate level, in BA and B.Com, admissions are made based on merit prepared on the basis of the applicant's High School and Intermediate marks. Admission to B.Ed. is based on a more comprehensive selection process in which marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance examination are considered in accordance with policies prescribed by the State Government/UT Administration and the affiliated University.
