Academy of Management Studies, Hyderabad: Admission 2025, Courses, Fees, Cutoff, Placements, Ranking

Recognised by the Mumbai University, the Academy of Management Studies, Hyderabad was set up in 2006 and is located in the centre of Hyderabad, referred to as the capital city of Telangana. This institution situated in the 2.5 acre area has now steadily been carving its niche in the world of management education. The Academy sums up the total enrolment of 222 students and employs 16 faculty members, thus providing potential for individual development in close fellowship. The institute is currently running only one postgraduate programme i.e. the MBA programme; this signifies it’s selective nature in terms of management education. Although it is a young institution, over the years the Academy has been striving to create its unique identity in the map of management education of Hyderabad.

The Academy of Management Studies proudly offers all the facilities to aid the student’s learning experience. This college library has been established as per the regulation of AICTE which has a collection of approximately 2000 number of books from 250 numbers of titles inclusive to management studies as well as other general interesting books. The library is a large room, which can contain not more than 35 students, với schöne Frau yılında supplying a calm atmosphere for studying and learning. To cater for students with an interest in technology, the college has a computer laboratory that consists of 60 connected computers enhanced with soft skills laboratories and syndicate rooms. 

They are intended to meet the challenge of adequate capacity to produce goods and services that are in compliance with industry trends and terminologies. The institution also takes the aspect of health by providing its students with sports facilities such as badminton and volleyball courts and table tennis halls. Another distinctive feature is the shuttle court assigned for females only so all female students can participate in sports. There is the students’– poolside canteen which is an excellent break between the keen classes and the scrumptious lunch time. The campus itself is Wi-Fi enabled meaning that there is connection for academic related activities within the campus. Also it has hostel facilities for boys and girls, as well as transport facilities to cater the needs of the students the Academy has intake.

As of now, the Academy of Management Studies only offers one accredited degree programme – MBA. This programme is a two year full time programme, where the institute has the capacity, as per approval for 120 students indicating the institutes’ ability to cultivate a large pool of future leaders for the business world. This plan is intended for achieving the comprehensive understanding of the specific aspects of managing the organisational benchmarks, as well as for enabling the students to face the demands of the business environment. Though the institute is offering only one degree programme at present, this specialisation proves helpful to focus mainly on providing quality management education.

The admission to MBA at the Academy of Management Studies is however largely done through the Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET). This examination tool is conducted at the state level and implies the eligibility of applying for the institute for the aspiring management students. Students who wish to join any of the five courses offered by CCS are expected to closely monitor the TSICET exam and admission periods as these are provided by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. It means that the Academy plays according to the rules set by TSICET and it admits the students from all over the state who have the proper bent for management studies.
