Course Overview

The Certificate in Culinary is a 12-week part-time course offered by APCA India. Conducted in offline mode, the course is designed to provide students with an inclusive understanding of culinary arts. By enrolling in this part-time certification, they will learn about Tapas, Western Soups, Classical Salads, Indian and Chinese cuisines, and more. The classes of this course will be conducted on weekends only in Bangalore. The Certificate In Culinary by APCA India involves an assessment that students need to complete to receive a certificate.

Once students enrol in the Certificate In Culinary training, they will get an apron, study material, toolkit, and ingredients. They will learn to make roasted vegetables, minestrone, salad, Italian cuisine, south-Indian cuisine, middle eastern food, and fusion cuisine. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be provided with opportunities to get training from Chefs of 5 Star hotels and leading restaurants and bakeries.
