Adarsh Arts and Commerce College, Gadchiroli, was established in 1989 as an epicentre of higher learning in Maharashtra. This college, affiliated to Gondwana University, is spread over a compact area of 2.1 acres in Desaiganj and houses a plethora of programmes to enrich the young minds. This NAAC-accredited institution currently caters to 972 students, with the help of a strong faculty of 12 dedicated members. Focusing on courses pertaining to arts, commerce, and science streams, it offers 7 courses under 5 degree programmes to cater to different interests in academics and professional ambitions. 

Adarsh Arts and Commerce College has in its infrastructure various facilities that work toward enriching the learning process. But at the centre of academic resources is a well-stocked library, managed by a 3-member advisory committee. It follows a well-planned timetable to ensure that students get sufficient time to spend with books and reference materials. The commitment of the institution towards technology is proved by its Wi-Fi enabled, NET-connected Computer Lab which serves a dual purpose of IT education and general academic needs. An equals alternative focus on sports and physical fitness is there as the college has a modern gymnasium which is open to all during college hours - for the students as well as for the teachers and alumni. It also has an indoor carom and chess parlour, thus striking a fine balance between education and games. 

Adarsh Arts and Commerce College, Manvi has an all-encompassing menu in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Their undergraduate courses includes 7 full-time courses in bachelor's and master's degrees. While at the undergraduate level, the institution offers B.Com, B.A., and B.Sc with 120 students in each stream. For those who wish to continue their education, the college provides postgraduation in M.Com, M.A. in Marathi, M.A. in Economics, and M.A. in Sociology with an intake capacity of 80 students each.
