Adarsh College of Education Bilaspur, deemed in 2007, is an affiliated college situated at Amarpur, Ghumarwin, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. This is a co-educational institution that is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education NCTE hence the quality standards of the institution in imparting teachers. Located over an area of 6.1 acres the college provides a favorable atmosphere for teaching-learning process. Adarsh College of Education enrolment a total of two hundred students and has a faculty of eighteen teachers that ensures the students are attended to and cared for in the classroom.

Adarsh College of Education provides a number of resources created to help students achieve more in their college endeavors. A well stocked library is a store house of documented information required for research and study purpose. Most of class facilities that the campus has include modern laboratories that enables students learn and practice with modern knowledge and equipment. There are enough acres filled with landscape floral gardens, making it a perfect place to carry out outdoor exercises. The Academic Success Centre is offered for first aid in the on-campus Health Centre concern for the well-being of the student body is also important. It also has an event and seminar hall, a canteen for food and drink, and modern Information Technology (IT) facilities.

Adarsh College of Education currently offers one primary course: present B.Ed programme more formally known as the Bachelor of Education programme. This is a full course that takes two years to complete; it prepares students to become successful teachers. This programme is made, to give student effective knowledge and skills in the sphere of education.
