Adarsh Institute of Management and Science, Dhamnod (AIMS) is a college affiliated with Prof. R. S. Shankar (P.V.V). This institution is situated in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, and occupies a land space of 1.529 acres. One of the unique features of AIMS offering is its diversity; 8 courses are delivered across five degrees to a total enrolment of 1,076 students. The institute consists of 35 members of the faculty which underlines rather a convenient ratio of students to teachers. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council accredited the institute; AIMS is focused on offering quality education in different fields such as Science, Commerce, and Arts. The institute has well-established courses that support modern-day educational needs. 

To help its students get the best out of their education, AIMS has made available several facilities. The college has modern IT infrastructure and there exists a computer laboratory in the college with fifty computers and Wi-Fi network available on the college campus. Sports lovers can utilise both indoor and outdoor sporting facilities such as basketball, volleyball, and badminton. The institute also contains well-developed laboratories with all the necessary facilities and the most modern equipment for practical studying of different sciences. The library being a resource centre provides numerous books, magazines, newspapers, and journals of all specialised areas of study and skill from a wide range of domains. Students can also access the college cafeteria and the college transport facility they can also access the nearby colleges.

At present, the institute offers 8 courses which are full-time programmes. These include undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Sciences, Arts and Commerce. The total number of intake approved for all the courses is 570 seats which is sufficient for the interested students. The courses offered by the college include B.Com, B.Sc in Biotechnology, Botany, Computer Science, BA, M.Com, and M.Sc in Zoology and Chemistry.
