About AIT Chikmagalur
The Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology was established in 1980 at Chikmagalur city in Karnataka. The AIT Chikmagalur is affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum (VTU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technological Education (AICTE). The Institute is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an “A” grade also the institute was accredited twice by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
The AIT Chikmagalur offers several programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the field of Engineering and Architecture, Sciences and Management and Business Administration. The courses include B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA. For the B.Tech course, candidates must take either the COMEDK UGET/JEE Main/ KCET entrance exams. MBA admissions consider the Gujarat PGCET scores. As for M.Tech admission, candidates are required to participate in the entrance examination specified by AIT Chikmagalur.
The faculty is highly skilled and experienced and provides proper guidance to hone the skills of students. The institute has a dedicated placement cell that organises several campus placement drives to provide job opportunities to students. College Infrastructure
No our college not have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments,in laboratory there are so Much old equipments as per my experience, only few equipments, libraries are good but only 2 Books they provide. AC class rooms not there.
