The Aditya Nursing Academy was established in the year 2004. It is located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The affiliated college spreads over an area of 0.2438 acres and is catering for quality nursing education exclusively for the girl student community. This academy is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Malleshwaram, Bangalore, and is approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. The institute offers two specialized nursing programs. Aditya Nursing Academy has 193 students and a faculty strength of 22, hence maintains a very favorable student-to-teacher ratio. It ensures that the needs of the student with regard to personalized attention are met adequately and quality education is assured.

It has a focused curriculum in pursuit of excellence in nursing education, backed by state-of-the-art facilities. A galaxy of facilities has been made available to make the exercises of learning of the students fruitful. The girls' hostel is a new four-storied building with marble flooring. It accommodates 600 students, and the management has spacious, well-ventilated rooms with attached bathrooms for ensuring comfortable living. A serene atmosphere, hygienic as well as balanced meals, and disciplined administration ensure comfort here. There is a dedicated mineral water plant and steam cooking system to add a quality of life to the resident students. Good liaison with government and paramedical organizations provides a rich clinical and field experience for the student. It is the coordination between the rural health education services that helps students to practically see a number of patients. 

Aditya Nursing Academy conducts two full-time nursing courses: a four-year BSc Nursing program with 50 seats and a three-year General Nursing and Midwifery Course with 45 seats. These programs aim to provide students with rich theoretical knowledge complemented by practical skills required for successful nursing. The total intake capacity of the academy stands at 95, which is why the academy maintains a high standard of education due to controlled class sizes.
