Al-Badar B. Ed. College was started in the year 2004 and it is an affiliation College comes under Gulbarga, Karnataka. This co-education institute approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) imparting education in teacher education only. The college is located at Muzaffarnagar near the Central Bus Stand on a three acres of land It has a two-year full-time B Ed programme and the enrolment capacity has been approved as one hundred students. The college has compact faculty of 17 members with the total strength of 196 students which gives the college a niche in providing education to students interested in becoming educators.

Al-Badar B. Ed. College has several amenities which are in place to meet the needs of the learners with regards to their education. An adequately resourced library which provides for a wealth of books, references plus past papers of previous years’ examinations. Psychology laboratory allows for computer-based materials related to interaction with subjects and adherence of the cognitive processes, which aids students to comprehend personal and other people behavior. A large hall accommodative of more than 200 people for instance is used for a variety of academic performances and art. At present, Al-Badar B.Ed. College operates with only the major course – Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.). This is a full time two year course that can help the needy students to get employed in teaching related fields. According to its current configuration, the programme has an approved student intake of 100 seats.
