All India Jat Heroes Memorial College, Rohtak, is affiliated with Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University and has earned a reputation for being one of the best colleges. Admission is done via an elaborate procedure for different undergraduate and postgraduate programs that ensure the selection of meritorious candidates.  The selection process for All India Jat Heroes Memorial College is conducted on a merit-based system so that only deserving candidates are assigned to their selected programs. Hence, at the beginning of the admission process, the college year begins in July-August for the academic year for which admission is taken. 

The aspiring candidates will have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria set up for them by the college and the university for each and every course. For undergraduate programs, the candidates must pass the 10+2 examination from a board recognized by the college. It offers lots of popular courses like BA, B.Sc (Medical and Non-Medical), BCA, B.Com, etc. For postgraduate programs, candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Application Process 

1. Notification: The admission notification is given on the official website and local newspapers.

2. Application Form: One may receive the application form from the college website or admission office.

3. Form Submission: Undertaken application forms must be submitted with all required documents before the closing date.

4. Document Verification: College verifies the documents submitted for the eligibility condition of admission.

5. Merit List Preparation: The merit list of candidates is prepared on the basis of the qualifying degree marks of each program.

6. Counseling: These qualified candidates are called for counseling sessions to allocate a seat.

7. Fee Payment: Selected candidates are prescribed to pay the stipulated fees in order to confirm their admission.

Degree wise admission procedure

BA: 1200 seats are available in the BA program. The admission is based on the merit list prepared from the marks secured in qualifying the examination (10+2). The total fee of the BA program is Rs. 27,840.

B.Sc. Non-Medical: The availability of seats is 640 for the B.Sc. Non-Medical program. Admission will depend on merit, depending on 10+2 results, giving more weightage to marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The total fee for this program is Rs. 36,090.

BCA (Self-Financing): The BCA program has a cutoff of 200 seats for admission on a merit basis, depending on the marks obtained at the qualifying examination concluded by the college. The total fee of the BCA program is Rs. 80,890.

B.Com: The B.Com program has an intake of 160 students who are admitted on a merit basis evaluated from the 10+2 results, mainly admitting Commerce students. Total fee of B.Com is Rs. 31,890.

B.Sc Medical: The college has 160 seats under the B.Sc Medical program. Admission shall be given on merit of the 10+2 results in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics scores. The total fee for this program is Rs. 37,590.

For M.Sc. degrees, the college conducts the Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science M.Sc. courses, each with a capacity of 60-100. Admission shall be based on merit from the concerned valid bachelor degree level.

For the MA seats criteria, the English MA has 60 out of which the requirement is to go by the merit order of the relevant bachelor's degree, and the Mass Communication MA has 40 seats with all admissions going by merit order.
