Amaltas College of Education, Indrapuri is a college established in the year 2016 at Dehri on Sone, Bihar. This college is affiliated and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and offers programmes in teacher education. Located on a small campus of 2 acres in the folds of nature, the college at present facades with two full-time courses — one at the level of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and another at the level of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). With its small number of students at 128 and 13 faculty members, Amaltas College of Education guarantees committed interactions and learning among its students to develop the learners into competent educators.

Admission Process followed by the Amaltas College of Education is as follows.Admissions into B.Ed course are made according to the rules laid down without any deviation by the Aryabhatta Knowledge University. The course of the D.El.Ed is made on the Merit system. Selection of candidates is purely done on merit by the candidates in the Bihar CET Examination conducting by Bihar School Examination Board. This would also have to involve more selection criteria as per the Bihar Government policy.
