Amani Group of Institutions, Amroha, was established in the year 2013 as an affiliated college based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This co-educational institute is approved by AICTE and offers various technical programmes. The Institution is situated in a sprawling 10.7-acre campus; at present, it has a total student enrolment of 273 and a faculty strength of 74. It offers 7 courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, mainly in different branches of engineering, such as Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering.

Facilities available for students in Amani Group of Institutions are all sorts. At the very core of its academic resources lies a fully computerised central library, with several thousands of books and journals. It has a digital library that accesses international e-journals like IEEE, J-Gate, and ASTM, providing global exposure to students. Modern laboratories for each department are set up on campus to ensure hands-on experience. The college has very good IT infrastructure that paces up with changing technology. The institute provides sports facilities for the holistic development of students in lawn tennis, table tennis, and cricket. Amani Group of Institutions imparts a total of 7 courses, viz., full-time B.Tech and Diploma programmes. The B.Tech programmes are four-year duration, while the Diploma courses have three-year programmes. Its programmes have a total approved intake of 420 seats. The various B.Tech programmes include Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, each with an intake of 60. Besides these, the institute also offers Diploma programmes in, viz. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with an intake of 60 each.

Other entrance examinations may also be applicable as per course viability. The college has a boy's hostel and girl's hostel for students coming from outside Amroha, ensuring a comfortable stay during the course of their study. Transportation facilities on major routes near Amroha are also provided to the students by the institute, which shall be highly helpful for day-scholars.
