36 MonthsThe M. D. S. in Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry is a three year Postgraduate program. This is a branch of dentistry which looks after the comprehensive oral health needs of children from birth till adolescence.
The training includes didactic interaction and exposure to all kinds of real life clinical situations and is based on evidence-based information and utilizes problem-based learning among others.
Eligibility Criteria
B.D.S. degree from a recognized Dental college.
Permanent registration from any of the state Dental Councils after completion of compulsory rotating internship (Those who will complete their Internship by 30th April 2015 are also eligible to apply).
Age limit- maximum 30 years as on 31.12.2015.
Admission Details
Selection is based on the rank obtained in the Amrita Entrance Examination conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
