B.VOC in Hospitality & Catering Management carefully takes you through the basics of the food services industry and involves the planning and organization of food and beverage services for various types of events.
B.VOC (HCM) is a program with multiple exits. All the candidates continuing to diploma courses or further will be considered at par from the second semester onwards. Students may exit after 1 year with a Diploma or may continue for diploma or advance diploma level courses.
To provide a sophisticated mix of necessary skills related to a profession and appropriate content of General Education and to ensure that the students undoubtedly possess adequate knowledge and skills so that they are work-ready at each exit point of the program.
