Annai Women's College, Karur is a private university and an affiliated college of Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. AWC, Karur was established in 2007, which offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The duration span for the undergraduate programmes is 3 years, whereas for postgraduate courses it is 2 years. 

The UG courses of AWC, Karur  include B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BBA and BCA in various different disciplines. Admissions to all the UG courses will be provided to the students who must have passed class 12th with the necessary subjects needed for the course, from a recognised board. During the admission process students from reserved category will be provided with the relaxation in marks according to the government Policy.
