Apex Agriculture College, at Chaiya is a relatively younger college in the agricultural fraternity of India as it was established in the year 2019. It is an institution for co-education for boys and girls and is located in Rawatsar, Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan with a mission of building a talent pool for the future profession of agriculture. Currently the college occupies a small area of 1.47 acres; the college has 51 students and 6 faculty members thus offering a close and personal learning experience. As an affiliated college, it offers one specialised degree programme , which gives it this niche nature of offering agricultural education.

Apex Agriculture College has many fine amenities which aim at improving the quality of the student experience and stature of learning. The library is well equipped with good number of books and magazine related to agriculture and is really helpful for the students. Currently there is improvised Computer lab with internet connection to facilitate research, projects and preparation of presentations. Thus, practical laboratory facilities of the School are available for Soil Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Genetics & Plant Breeding, and Agriculture Extension. The college also avails decent hostel accommodations to students of both sexes for the provision of relaxed study time as from college to the following morning.

Apex Agriculture College currently offers one full-time course: B.Sc Agriculture (Hons). This programme has an approved student capacity of 120 students, which is perhaps, in line with the capacity that CDC can offer to other colleges based on its capacity to offer quality education in agriculture. The course aims at giving learners adequate knowledge on agricultural sciences so as to qualify them for professional practices in most sectors that deal with agricultural production and related fields.
