Apex Mahavidhyalaya, Bhind, with started in 2013 is an affiliated college situated at Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. Located on the Gwalior Road of Gohad Chouraha, at Gram Panchayat Chhima Ka, this institute has the noble vision of preparing prospective teachers through scaled up education. It is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) therefore admitting to the national standards of teacher education.

Apex Mahavidhyalaya has many amenities that are intended to support the learning process of the students. The institution appreciates the role of technology today’s society avails magnificent IT facilities to ensure students update with advance technologies in teaching systems. Bhind based Apex Mahavidhyalaya currently has only one main course which is the B.Ed programme for which the college was established. This is a two-year course, designed to accord the students a full-faculty teaching qualification. The capacity of the college on this programme is 100 students, therefore the college has the ability of producing many teachers in the future every year. 

The Apex Mahavidhyalaya, Bhind offers merit system for admission for B.Ed programme. On merit, there needs to be some form of assessment and this is arrived at when performing in the qualifying examination let alone the entrance examination. The admission policies of the college are regulated by the state government of Madhya Pradesh as well as the affiliated university.
