Asian College of Education has been started in Patiala in the year 2015 to emerge as one of prominent institute for future of education. This co-educational college is situated at the 10th Milestone, Sirhind Road, nearby Tricone City and the college lies in a 3 acres of area. This accounts for the reason it is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It has integrated the College as an affiliated college and has three specialised degree programmes with 206 students total enrolment and 10 faculty members teaching dedicated staff members.

Asian College of Education has three full time programmes and all these courses are in the area of education. These are a two years B. Ed course with a total intake of one hundred, and two four-year integrated courses- B. Sc. B. Ed and B. A. B. Ed with a total intake of twenty five each. The above-listed programmes aim at preparing teachers who have varying academic qualifications and teaching aspirations. According to the college the approved enrolment is 150 students for all courses, the college continues to ensure it maintains good quality education through standardising the number of students per class.
