Atal Behari College, Bhadrak Basudevpur established in 1963 is an affiliated college in Odisha. Standing tall across a vast 10 acre land, this institute is committed to providing quality education through 14 courses included in 6 degree programs. The college boasts of a total enrolment of 1,328 students from pre-university to third year and 31 members of faculty. Atal Behari College is NAAC accredited, which shows its concern towards quality education to the children. 

The college owns a number of amenities intended to compliment ones learning and lifestyle. The library, which is a center for academic materials, currently has a collection of 41 000 books and journals, so a student can get a lot of knowledge in the fingertips. However, skills laboratory facilities are offered within the departmental laboratories designated for this college. An example of IT development is equipped with a computer laboratory equipped with twenty internet-connected computers and help the students gain computer literacy. Another aspect of the students’ development is also paid a lot of importance and the college provides for the sports facilities for the football, volley ball, cricket as well of Kabaddi. The college campus provides the venue for annual sports and athletic meet of F.M. University during November-December.
