Auxilium College of Education for Women Pudukkottai was started in the year 2005 is one of the colleges for women’s education situated in Tamil Nadu, India. This affiliated college recognized by national council for teacher education (NCTE) is dedicated to offering training in teachers education programmes. With its 5/33 acre land, the college has enrolment with 199 students and accompanied by 11 hardworking faculty members. At present, Auxilium has only one degree programme which is the Bachelor of Education (B.ED) with an approvedaviancy of one hundred students which make the school to focused in producing quality teacher.

A number of facilities in the college have been established in order to support student learning and achievement. A well-organised girls’ hostel allows students from far away to live in, and help promote a supportive culture among learners. The library being well stocked with academic material, and all the laboratories containing standard equipment for basic experiments. To overcome his problem, Auxilium College of Education for Women runs three buses so that the learners can be able to move from one area to another easily. The establishment of a new computer laboratory that consists of twenty five computers with internet connection, scanning and printing supports the implementation of the college’s technology in education policy. Further facilities the college offers include sport facilities, an auditorium for purposes of conducting and hosting events and seminaries, accommodation for visitors to the campus, and a health centre for treating ailments inclusive of first aid accordingly to the needs of a campus.

Auxilium College of Education for Women offers a single course: The programmes includes self-financed and aided Bachelors of Education programme, a two-year full time. This kind of a formulaic structure keeps the institution a focused institution with the intent, skill, and capacity to develop quality teachers. The college has an intake capacity for 100 seats for B.Ed program and thus helps a large number of students pursuing teaching profession each year. 

Auxilium College of Education for Women has unlimited competition for admission based on marks scored during the qualifying or entrance test. The college has laid down some of its own admission policies while conforming with the admission policies of the state government, Union Territory administration, and the affiliated university.
