Avanthi Degree and PG Colleges were started in 1992 in Hyderabad, which is home to the capital city of Telangana. It is an affiliated college that has been well established in the field of higher education catering all bent of undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses. Presently, the college has 2,621 enrolled students and 85 members of the faculty, all of whom are ready to become successful scholars. Affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Avanthi Degree and PG Colleges’ policy stands testimony of standard commitment. The institution offers 12 course in 5 degree programmes in the fields of Commerce Science and Management.

These are B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.Com with Computer Applications, B.Com Business Analytics, BBA and various B.Sc; Combination Paper- Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science; Mathematics, Electronics and Computer Science; Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science; Biotechnology, Microbiology and Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science and so on. The college at postgraduate level teaches M.Sc in Microbiology and Organic Chemistry.
