AVC Polytechnic College was started in the year 1983 and is a self financing, co-educational institution functioning in Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu. Located on a vast area of 17.4 acres, this affiliated college has been nurturing the dreams of future engineers for almost 39 years now. Located at Bangalore, the institute is sumptuous for offering an extensive assembly of diploma courses in wide spectrum of engineering stream, thus accredited by AICTE. With total enrolment of 861 and faculty of 44, AVC polytechnic has all the facilities and environment that is required for technical education dreams of each student.

AVC Polytechnic College has excellent physical structures that are meant to complement the academic and learning style of the college students in particular. The library occupies a total hall area of 6137 sq. ft. and is a storehouse of all kinds of educational resources, relevant to a student community having multi-Guardian identification.
