AVM College of Physiotherapy, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, was established in 2004 as an affiliated college. Near Jayaraj Garden, beside Utukur Cheruvu on Rayachoty Road, this institution specialises in physiotherapy education. Courses offered in this institution are 5 in number across 2 degrees: BPT and MPT. AVM College of Physiotherapy has a total student enrolment capacity of 209, is spread over an area of 2 acres, and supported by a faculty of 15 members. 

A long list of facilities has also been made available at the college for facilitating students' learning experiences. AVM College of Physiotherapy offers a total of 5 courses, all full-time programs. These include one undergraduate (BPT) and four postgraduate courses, namely MPT in Neurology, Orthopaedics, Cardiopulmonary, and Sports Physiotherapy. A total of 209 students is the intake for all courses combined. The institution puts much stress on student-faculty ratio by maintaining an atmosphere that is very conducive. 

The admission procedure for the courses offered by AVM College of Physiotherapy differs from course to course. Fifty percent of the seats for MPT programmes are filled through the allotment made by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and the rest through college management. This is basically done to create a mix between merit-based selections and institutional preferences.
