Azad Degree College, Lucknow, extended as ADC, is an affiliated college established in the year 2008. It is situated in Azad puram, Chandrawal via Bangla Bazar and Bijnour, near to CRPF Camp, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This college is approved by the NCTE, India, and it offers a total of four undergraduate programs. The ADC is spread over a 25-acre campus and takes in 54 students with a faculty strength of 7. There are several courses from undergraduate and postgraduate levels being offered in this college, dealing in Management, Information Technology, Commerce, and Education with the BBA, BCA, B.Com, and D.El.Ed. programs. High quality in education is a commitment, and hence the best possible career orientation is to be provided to the students in their respective fields of study. The college provides a host of other facilities that make sure a favorable environment for students to learn. 

The campus has residential facilities for boys and girls with fully furnished hostels and all modern amenities. The boys' hostel accommodates 600 students, while the girls' hostel accommodates 500 students. The hostels consist of the facilities of a mess, visitors' room, TV room, library, reading room, Wi-Fi, and indoor and outdoor sports amenities related to table tennis, carom, and shuttle badminton. The college also accommodates a health care center well-equipped with facilities, gym, and sports facilities for various indoor and outdoor games. The Central Library, with an area of 16,758 square feet, has a heterogeneous collection of more than 61,000 books, journals, and e-resources, providing an environment congenial for academic research and study.

Azad Degree College houses a total of four full-time courses across various disciplines. All the programs combined have a sanctioned intake of 230 seats. The courses include three-year undergraduate programs - BBA, BCA and B.Com with 60 seats in each, and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education program with 50 seats. These programs aim at providing students with a strong base in their respective fields, either for further studies or professional career in due time.

The admission process at Azad Degree College is based completely on the applicants' merit. Eligibility and Admission: Admissions in D.El.Ed will be done based on merit, i.e., marks obtained in the qualifying exam and/or entrance examination or from a process prescribed by the state government or UT Administration.
