Baba Hazara Singh Polytechnic, Gurdaspur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Baba Hazara Singh Polytechnic situated in Gurdaspur, Punjab and this polytechnic was established in 2011. This AICTE approved technical institution provides various diploma courses in engineering fields for the students. The polytechnic is located at Thanewal village, Aujla Bypass having five acres campus to provide technical education to the prospective engineers. The college has a enrolment of 400 students per year of different fields of specialization, and by producing skilled professionals Baba Hazara Singh Polytechnic wants to cater the growing need of the year new technologies.

The institute has several resources which are intended to help improve the learning of the students. This is an indication that a well equipped library must meet students’ needs and source them with adequate technical learning materials. Organization of department-based laboratories is one of the key tools in practice-oriented education of students that the polytechnic is proud of. Baba Hazara Singh Polytechnic institute has five full time diploma programs and the courses are Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical, Civil and Marine engineering. And all the courses last up to three years.
