Baba Kheta Nath Government Polytechnic, Narnaul: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

BKNGP is one of the most reputed technical institutes established in 1992. This co-educational institute is emblazoned upon a vast 18.58 acre campus in Narnaul, Haryana. BKNGP is an affiliated college, duly approved by AICTE, which offers a number of diploma courses in fields of engineering. The total student enrolment is 677, and total faculty number is 14, which surely mentions the personalized and closely monitored studies that the students can experience at the institute. BKNGP offers six diploma courses across various engineering specializations catering to diverse interests that the aspiring technicians and engineers might have.

 Various facilities at the institute enhance the academic and personal growth of the students. There is a well-stocked library on campus that exposes students to huge learning resources. Every department is well-equipped with modern laboratories to provide practical hands-on experience. The BKNGP also provides hostels for male students, which has accommodation for 90 three-seater rooms and a mess run on cooperative basis by a student committee. There is also a health center with first-aid facilities on campus and a guest house for visiting faculty and family members of the students.

There are a total of six full-time diploma courses, all of three years duration. The programs offer some of the most essential fields of engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Instrumentation and Control Engineering. The approved intake of the institute totals up to 420 seats for these courses, out of which Mechanical Engineering is offered to an intake of 120 while other courses are offered to 60 each.

Admissions at BKNGP strictly adhere to the merit list, based on the marks obtained in the Secondary School Examination, (Matriculation) or other equivalent qualifying examination held during the current academic year. This policy is followed so that meritorious students get an opportunity for technical education in this institute.
