Bal Vikas Mahavidyalaya is a co-ed affiliated college, established in 2015, located at Kutubpur Ganwari, Chandpur, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. Undergraduate programs are provided in various arts and science streams. The college spreads across 2.5 acres of campus and has a total enrolment strength of 467 students and faculty strength of 13 members. The institution provides three full-time undergraduate degree courses, comprising BA and two specialisations under B.Sc. Thus, it caters to the diversified interests of students for pursuing their academic avenues. 

The college promotes a good academic environment by fostering the students. The institution is facilitated by a well-equipped library with a vast collection of useful books and references, which will benefit the learning avenues of students. Practical learning is adopted by departmental laboratories in the institution. A well-equipped good IT infrastructure is there in Bal Vikas Mahavidyalaya. The campus boasts of well-furnished classrooms, so as to keep the teaching and learning process effective. The auditoriums of the college are utilised for extracurricular events and exhibitions, among other events including seminars and cultural programs. Various sports facilities are available on the campus to contribute towards a student's health balance by balancing studies and physical fitness. A guest house and waiting room facilities are also provided for visiting faculty and students' family members so that they can stay comfortably during visits. 

Regarding academic course, Bal Vikas Mahavidyalaya provides three full-time undergraduate courses. These include a BA programme and two B.Sc programmes-one in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and another in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry. All these programs last for three years as it is to equip the learners to have a holistic understanding of their chosen areas of study. The college is both arts and sciences-based, which affords students the possibility to pursue their interests across different disciplines.
