Bala Devi Roshan Lal College of Higher Education, Pilibhit, was established in 2015 and is a co-educational affiliated college located at Kasimpur, Bilaspur, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. This university, located on a tract of 3.1 acres of land, is currently providing 20 courses of study under six degree programmes.
