The college has hostels for accommodation of boys students. The institute allot hostels to students on a first come, first serve basis. Facilities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirah and in-room furniture etc. are their in hostel premises. 

BITM Pune has separate hostels for girls students. The rooms are well furnished and offer a comfortable stay to the students. Hostels are alloted to students on a first come, first serve basis. 

Health Centre at Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management serve the basis medical needs of its students and faculty members as physical health is also important for achieving excellence.

The college promotes physical wellness of students. A well equipped and maintained gym is present at the campus for students. They can workout as per convenience.
