It is Balaji Mahavidyalaya of Barmer which was founded in the year 2015 and is a co-educational affiliated college at Sanapa-Barmer, Rajasthan. This is a young university that has intensely promoted a focused area of education which is that of teacher training. The college has a total enrolment of 201 students and a faculty strength of 16 the college has a small classroom teaching ratio which favors an individual student-teacher interaction and education. At present, Balaji Mahavidyalaya has only one course for its students, the B.Ed course, which gives emphasis on the college’s focus on the formation of teachers.

What makes the college outstanding is the myriad of features that are intended to improve the learning process and general efficiency of students. Even in the current age of technology the library plays the important role of a source of knowledge needed for academic activities. For the laboratory aspect of their curriculum, well equipped laboratories enable the student to be practical. The B.Ed program at Balaji Mahavidyalaya is a two years’ full time course to prepare qualified and enthusiastic teachers. Balaji Mahavidyalaya has a simple admittance criterion qualifying examination mark /entrance exam mark basis for admissions to B.Ed programme. The admission process is following the rules and regulation framed by the state government of Rajasthan and the college affiliated University; thus the process is quite transparent.
