Located in Mumbai, Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, or BSSA, in stature came into being in 2007 as the constituent group of colleges of NMIMS University. Presently, the name has gained fame within a very short period of time in the Mumbai City for educational needs in the field of architecture. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in architecture, which includes 2 courses and 2 degrees in it. BSSA is approved by the Council of Architecture and, therefore, has all the requirements for a course in architecture at the very top level. The school has a faculty strength of 25 dedicated professionals, and the environment is most conducive to learning and innovation in the field of architecture.
BSSA Mumbai has a variety of modern facilities in place that enhance the learning experience of the students. The library is spread on an area of 145 square meters and has a collection of books, journals, and other documents on all walks of architecture. It is able to accommodate 40 students, is fully computerised, and works with KOHA software for management. Similarly, the IT infrastructure of this school is very well laid out with individual internet-connected computers made available to each student, complemented by a 24-hour high-speed Wi-Fi network across the campus. For this purpose, BSSA has state-of-the-art laboratories including modern workshops with international-standard machines for wood, steel, and clay work. Installation of a laser cutting machine recently has added vigor to the possibilities of students in terms of model/prototype-making.
This course is linked to a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture programme and under the umbrella of a 2-year Master of Architecture programme. Maximum 80 students will be admitted in B.Arch and 20 students will be admitted in M.Arch. The program has been designed so that the students gain a profound knowledge of architectural principles and designing methodologies along with extensive practical skills application in the real world.
The admission process at BSSA Mumbai is merit-based and competitive. B.Arch courses are admitted through the Grade Twelve Examination and the outcome of the Nodal Agency—National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)—scores. The KI accepts Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) scores. The process would normally open around March, and actually runs through in April or May. The commitment to providing excellence in architectural education has made BSSA one of the most coveted institutes for aspiring architects in India.

The college has a decent infrastructure and greenery. We have a good library and labs are very well equipped. The classrooms are very spacious. The auditorium also is very big and can accommodate large crowds.
The mail building is nice and the college is very picturesque inside outside.We have got a nice gym, AC classrooms and auditorium along with the labs as they provide a high tech industrial approach towards learning.
The college infrastructure is well maintained and time to time cleanliness is followed throughout the year. The facilities provided are laser cut, 3d print, well stocked library , stationary and material etc.

The answer to you question if you ask in simple words is NO. You can not take transfer in second year from one university to another, you will have to reappear for admission test and procedures and start all again if from first year if you really want to change your university. However, if you want to change your course and study in your same university then it may happen but it is very very difficult rather I would say it is almost impossible, you can request your university management if they would consider your demand to change your course (which they are most likely to refuse) only then something can happen . You can not go to any other university just by getting transferred in second year.

Narsee Monjee , Christ and Symbiosis are some of the best colleges in the country . Studing in these colleges in one of the best opportunities that you can get . The fees is hefty though, as compared to other colleges. I would suggest you to take admission in Du colleges which are the top most collegees for economics. However these colleges also have good environment , opportunities and peer group.

So, with regard to your query, the fee structure for BSc economics in Narsee Monjee College is INR 67.93k per three years. However, this is only the tuition fee, the hostel fee is again different., it depends upon the accommodation you choose.
