Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers Training College Karauli Which is started in the year 2008 is an Affiliated College located at Kachroli Teh of Hindaun City Karauli Rajasthan. The institute sits in Jaipur, India and it is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and offers teacher education programs. Located in a 2.95 acre area, the college’s total enrollment strength is 492 and the faculty strength is 45. At present four courses of B.Ed, D.El.ED, Integrated B.A. B.ED & Integrated B.Sc. B.ED are offered. The college is of mixed type which means it offer equal chance for both male and female aspirants in the field of education.

The college has a number of amenities catered for success of the learners in their academic pursuit as well as other aspects of life. Library is one of its strengths with a rich collection of more than 17 000 volumes and approximately 80 journal and magazine subscriptions. The large library with fully automated systems has the capacity for handling up to one hundred students at a go with facility for research papers and dissimilarations. Incase of any health emergencies the university has a health center with first aid services. To aid in skill’s development the college also has well-equipped laboratories such as the Science Lab and the Psychology Lab. 

There are clubs for different disciplines of interest, that the college encourages for the exercise of students. Today’s campus is provided with modern IT facilities thus minimizing the need of students to acquire relevant technology. Arrangement for providing staff and students’ supply of foods is made through a canteen and parking facilities are also provided. It also hosts a guest house for its visiting faculty and students family members in the college.

Bachelor of Education course of Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers Training College comprises four courses offered wherein all the courses are regular courses. The offered programmes include the B.Ed and D.El.Ed programmes of two years besides the four years integrated programmes of B.A, B.Ed and B.Sc, B.Ed. In terms of intake capacity the B.Ed program has a total of 100 intake and the D.El.Ed program has an intake capacity of 50 each. The overall number of students is equal to the intake capacity, which is 492; therefore, the college is highly sought, and all the facilities are utilized to the maximum.

Teaching programmes at Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers are duly admitted based on merit list in accordance with the norms prescribed by the state government, UT administration and the university to which the college is affiliated. Self financing; Admission to the B.Ed program is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying and/or entrance examination. Same applies for D.El.Ed program too where merit is declared on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination or by the entrance test. 

As far as further systems of the selection is concerned the college complies with any process which has been prescribed by the state government or UT administration.
