BS award Teacher Education Institute popular as BTS also known as Bhagwati Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is stated and established in 2006 in biggest city of Rajasthan Gangapur City. This affiliated college, established at a campus of 2 acres, is solely for the purpose of teacher education and is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The institute has got affiliation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) indicating the institutes norms on quality education. The college currently admitted a total of 928 students than has a faculty corps of 70 members; It hosts six courses across five degrees and offers specializations in multiple areas of teacher training and education.

It has <-> mentioned that the college owns a number of facilities to improve the educational process of students. A well stocked library ensures students have quiet and conducive space for learning whereas science and psychology laboratory ensures rote practice. For the convenience of the events and seminars, the campus includes an auditorium and sports facility and a gym for the health of the learners. It has adopted current ways of learning since it has it infrastructure for IT, it also has a health center with first aid facilities for students. The college also has different hostels for the male and female students to facilitate students from different regions of the country who prefer to live in college hostels.

This college for the trained teachers offers a diverse stream of full time course in the field of education. Academic arm of the institute currently offers 6 programs from diploma to doctoral level with a student throughput of 928. These programs are in existence to attend to various specialty areas in education and training in order to produce human resources for teaching and management in schools and institutions.

The requirements for admission at Bhagwati Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya differ with the course of study. For the D.El.Ed course, it follows the admission examination conducted from the MDS University, Ajmer. The B.Ed, BA B.Ed, and B.Sc B.Ed examinations are held after three years of basis courses and to pass out in B.Ed, BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed a candidate need to pass an entrance examination conducted by Kota University, Kota. 

Before they are admitted into the M.Ed program, students must write an entrance examination set by the Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Education: For those interested to enroll for a Ph.D, the university administration opens an entrance examination for students at Kota University, Kota.
