Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women (BMCW) is a women’s college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, started in the academic year 1993-94. Associated with the University of Madras, BMCW has an NAAC accreditation of ‘B+’. The college located in a 3-acre area provides 30 courses of study at 9 different degree levels. BMCW is a private women’s institution which has total enrolments of 3,786 and faculty members of 178. The college provides specialisations in many areas ranging from sciences, commerce, management and arts and humanities and computer application streams.

Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women has acquired numerous facilities of the current kind and age to help impact the education session of learners. At the undergraduate level of the programme, students can undergo the following programmes such as; B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA and BA English Shift 1.
